Who we are
This website belongs to MR. HENSLEY LLC ("we", "us"), a home remodeling contractor serving the Omaha metro. If you have a question about this policy, call or text us at (402) 595-8922.
What you share with us
Booking an estimate. The project planner asks for the kind of project, its size and timing, your name, phone number, the project address and any notes. When you pick a time, those answers go to our booking calendar, run by Cal.com, so the appointment is set up with your details. Cal.com may also ask for your email to send the confirmation. Cal.com handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Our forms. The question form, the builders' bid request, the crew application and the subcontractor sign-up send what you type (for example your name, phone, email and message) to our email through a form service called Web3Forms. Web3Forms processes each submission and delivers it to us by email. This website doesn't keep a copy of what you send.
Subcontractor sign-up. If you apply to our subcontractor network, the form asks for your company name and contact name, phone and email, your trades, service area and years in business, whether you carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation, your license or registration number if you choose to give it, and any notes. We use it to review your application and contact you. We don't accept documents through the website; if we move forward, we ask you for your certificate of insurance and W-9 directly.
Calls and texts. If you call or text us, we see your phone number and what you tell us, and we use it to talk with you about your project.
What we collect automatically
Like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to run the site and keep it secure.
We may use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site in general, for example which pages are visited and whether someone taps to call, sends a form or books an estimate. Google Analytics uses cookies. We may also use call tracking (CallRail), which can show a different phone number on the site so we can tell which page a call came from; calls still reach us the same way.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule and confirm your estimate (including by text and email), prepare your quote, do the work, stand behind it under our warranty, review subcontractor and crew applications, and keep the records a business has to keep. We also look at overall site numbers to make the website better.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own advertising. We only use companies that help us run the business, like our booking calendar (Cal.com), form service (Web3Forms), website host (Cloudflare) and, if we use them, analytics (Google) and call tracking (CallRail). If you apply for financing, you do that directly with the lender (Hearth or Affirm), under their terms. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep what we need for as long as we need it: to finish your job, honor the warranty, and keep the business and tax records the law asks for. If we don't end up working together, we don't keep your details longer than we need them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for legal or tax reasons. If you'd rather we didn't text you, just tell us. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
